creating rematch in 2008 schedule

"We came in here with something to prove," said Downingtown East receiver Derek McKinley, who caught the game-tying touchdown and then kicked the deciding extra point.

"They beat us really bad last year and they called us a 'basketball team on grass.' I think we showed them tonight that we're a little more than that."

After last year's post-season upset, Souderton was added to the 2008 Cougar Schedule along with Lansdale Catholic, Wilson (Reading), and Unionville.  Add in our traditional Ches-Mont rivals and the Cougar schedule is packed with exciting games!
